Keen Technology Consultants, Inc. was founded in 2006 by L. Larry and Sheila Kibler, both technology professionals in the private and public sector and Dot.Com era experience. With over 30 years of combined know-how in information technology, KTC has assembled the most talented and experienced individuals from these past lives into a new company with a new vision to combine consulting, infrastructure and business processes, and management. Based in Great Falls, Virginia, KTC serves the Washington, DC area and the Caribbean, specifically in British Virgin Islands, St Kitts & Nevis, Turks & Caicos and beyond; delivering superior technology solutions to mid-sized businesses.

L. Larry Kibler is founder and chief executive officer of Keen Technology Consultants, Inc.
Founder of Keen Technology Consultants, LLC and now Keen Technology Consultants, Inc, Larry Kibler has over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology. He has a wealth of experience directing and delivering Information Technology to governments and Fortune 1000 companies. His resume includes positions at American Institute of Architects, RJO Enterprises, Compu
Com Systems and Total Service Solution in positions ranging from IT Manager to Regional Director of Operations.
While at CompuCom Systems he was responsible for the management of over 120+ technical engineers, and budgets of up to $88 million. His primary function was to improve customer satisfaction and profitability on failing accounts resulting in five (5) straight years of double-digit profits for CompuCom and reduction in TCO for the client.
Larry developed new opportunities for Total Service Solutions in the BVI, and expanded services to existing clients in St. Kitts & Nevis, and the Turks & Caicos Islands. TSS was contracted to perform technology and financial assessments to government ministries and other non-governmental organizations resulting in the transformation of a BVI organization into a near paperless environment. Other projects included the development of an imaging solution to digitize 5.9 million pages of documents.
