The privacy of our site users and our clients is our top priority.Design Back Office acknowledges that the maintenance and use of our clients’ information is our responsibility. Design Back Office does not share with any third party the information that our clients provide us online. We provide outsourced design services which many businesses forward to their customers.

  • In all circumstances, we secure the identity of our clients and do not disclose any information regarding their identity or their order history.
  • In all circumstances, we secure the identity of our clients’ customers, if the information is provided to us. Further we do not contact directly the customers of our partners/clients and do not disclose information of your outsourcing their orders.
  • The orders are not disclosed to any third parties and our partners/clients can forward them to their customers while Design Back Office involvement remains at the backend.
  • We do not sell individual design services to any of our clients’ customers directly
  • We provide backend design solutions and do not promote our clients’ work to any third party


Collection of Information

To serve you better and understand your needs and interests, Design Back Office collects your information voluntarily and automatically, in several ways:

  • On signup- we will collect your basic information for signup to avail Design Back Office services, including your company name, address, email address, phone, fax, and other basic contact information.
  • On funds transfer in your Account Area after application approval- we will collect the appropriate billing information, including your credit card number, expiry date, and billing address when you deposit funds in your Account Area to place your orders. This information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a financial transaction is not used for any other purpose and will not be saved, unless you ask us to retain this information for future purchases.
  • Other information- we may ask you for voluntary personal information when you provide feedback, ask for assistance, ask for additional information, or report a problem with the Design Back Office service and products.
  • Customer service information- we will record information regarding all your requests through our customer service consultancy and the manner in which it was processed, to improve responses and manage your account history.
  • Involuntary information provided- we may also automatically receive and record information submitted by your browser, including your IP address, your computer's name, the type and version of your web browser, referrer addresses, and other generally-accepted log information.
  • Website usage- we may record general statistical and tracking information for internal reviews. This information will not identify you personally.
